Governing guidelines for digital portals, fee settlements, and student RFID tracking registries.
1. Platform License & Access
EduSphere grants login portal access to registered parents, teachers, and coordinators. Unauthorized scraping, automated API calling, or credential harvesting triggers account suspension and security logs.
2. Account Responsibility
Parents are requested to secure their portal credentials. Attendance markers, grade books, and fee invoice histories must only be accessed by authorized guardians.
3. Settlement & Refund Clauses
Tuition invoices settled via third-party digital gateways are subject to standard payment provider cycles. Fee structure refunds are processed inside Noida administrative offices directly.
4. Disclaimers
Platform utilities (RFID status, live GPS delays, parent dashboard notifications) depend on telecommunications setups. EduSphere cannot be held liable for delayed SMS notifications.
